The Castle Hotel

The nine Georgian town houses comprising the Castle Hotel, were designed by John Ensor, a student of the renowned architect, Richard Castle, after whom the Castle Hotel and indeed the Castle Collection is named.

Dating back to 1809, and originally opened by the inimitable Mrs. McCrory, the Castle Hotel is Dublin’s oldest hotel and has lead the way in the city’s fine tradition of hospitality for over two-hundred years and spanning three centuries.

Experience warm Irish hospitality in the heart of Dublin City Centre within walking distance of museums, galleries, shopping, heritage sites, cultural venues and elegant Georgian parks and squares.
